Rezoning
Owners of property may apply to rezone their property through the rezoning process. There is a $200 application fee for a rezoning application review. See below for more information on the process.
Owners of property may apply to rezone their property through the rezoning process. The entire process takes, on average, approximately 3 months, contingent upon two Planning and Zoning Commission meetings and three readings of the ordinance amendment by the City Council. Requests are to be accompanied by a legal description of the property, a completed rezoning application (below) and a $200.00 application fee.
