Comprehensive Land Use Information
The Waverly Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update 2011 document was adopted by the City Council during a public hearing held on October 24, 2011. This document contains information on Waverly’s demographics, public facilities, land use, transportation and housing which may be useful when considering developing a project in Waverly. The plan looks at community development by outlining a future land use plan that is the basis for Waverly zoning, subdivision and urban renewal tools and regulations.
