2 Mile Development Agreements
The City of Waverly, along with Bremer County and the City of Shell Rock, have entered into agreements to address development within the adjoining two-mile boundaries of the City of Waverly. These documents were drafted with the 28E, Intergovernmental Agreements section of the Iowa State Code guidelines in mind. These agreements establish criteria in how to review and address developments within a two-mile radius of the City limits of Waverly.
