BUILDING TRADES - License Applications

The Bremer County Building Department accepts applications and issues licenses to individuals and contractors who desire to engage in the installation, alteration, repair, relocation or replacement of electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems or equipment in Bremer County and the City of Waverly. An electrical, plumbing or mechanical permit may only be issued to a person holding a valid contractor's license.
