BUILDING TRADES - General InfoThe current building codes that the city of Waverly has adopted are the 2006 editions of the International Building code, International Residential code, International Plumbing code, International Mechanical code. The Bremer County Building Trades Division assures safe and quality construction for all residential, commercial, institutional and other building construction through a permit and inspection program which enforces City Building Codes. The City of Waverly contracts this service through the Bremer County Building Department.
