The City Administrator's office provides centralized support to the Mayor and City Council and City Departments. Our office consists of myself, Richard Crayne, Jo Raap, City Clerk and Carla Guyer, Administrative Secretary. Our office prepares Council agendas and minutes, processes all necessary paperwork generated by the Council and houses all ordinances, resolution and City records. We also service businesses with liquor licenses, cigarette permits, and gambling licenses. Vendors can stop in and get a peddler's permit if they are going door to door within the City limits. I work closely with the City Council, City departments, developers and the Waverly Area Development Group on economic development and community planning issues to parallel with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
