Library Board of Trustees

The Library Board of Trustees has charge, control, and supervision of the Public Library including policies for the use and management of the library.

Mission Statement:

Waverly Public Library empowers people to explore dreams and possibilities and reach goals by providing effective access to information, education and ideas.

Members:   9
Terms:   6 years
Meetings:   Second Tuesday of each month
Resident trustees appointed by Mayor with confirmation by the City Council.   Nonresident trustees appointed by Mayor with confirmation of the Bremer County Board of Supervisors.
